Bumps @mdn/browser-compat-data peer dependency to v8.0.0.
Motivation
Ensures updates continue to work.

In fact, the API deployment triggered by the v8.0.0 release only deployed the latest v7 release, see: https://github.com/mdn/bcd-utils/actions/runs/26296422223/job/77410138470#step:5:19
